<p>지난해 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융광고를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 확정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 관계자는 “언론의 보도는 광고로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 불편한 면이 있다”고 했다.</p>

<p>소액결제 현금화는 상품권, 게임 아이템 등을 결제한 직후 인증번호 등 정보를 기업에 넘기면 수수료를 떼고 당장 현금을 지급하는 것을 말한다. ‘급전이 요구되는 시민들이 주로 사용하는데, 실상은 고금리 대출에 사기 확률이 높아 정보통신망법상 불법으로 규정하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
