Got a new HVAC system going in next week. The old unit was from 2008 and finally gave out during that last heatwave. Crew's coming to swap the condenser, install a matching air handler in the attic, and run new ductwork for the master bedroom which never cooled right. Also upgrading to a programmable thermostat so I can stop forgetting to adjust it before bed. Hoping this cuts down the summer electric bills.
